Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRTs) are animal health care professionals who evaluate and treat dogs with health problems resulting from injury, disease, aging, or obesity. Rehabilitation therapists also provide support in conditioning for sport and show dogs.

Christine Kenyon, DVM, CVA, CCRT- Dr. Chris received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2008. She also completed the Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians course in Colorado in the spring of 2008. She is a member of the international Vet Acupuncture Society and attends annual meetings. Chris received accreditation from Canine Rehabilitation Institute certifying her as a Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) in 2010. She is also currently completing the Chi Institute's Veterinary Herbal Medicine course to compliment her acupuncture treatment protocols. Additionally, she has studied and researched canine sports medicine while completing an extensive independent project on Iditarod sled dogs, a student research grant which she was awarded from the International Sled Dog Veterinary Medicine Association in 2007.
Originally from Chicago, she received her BS in Biology from the University of Puget Sound in 1997. The majority of the 7 years in between her undergraduate and professional curriculum, she worked on federal and state wildlife projects in Montana. After spending the last year in general veterinary care, Chris is excited to expand her knowledge with holistic, therapeutic and rehabilitation practice.
